David Miller After the restoration was completed, I was contacted by David P. Miller, of Appleton, MN. He had heard about the boat, and believed that he was one of the original co-owners. Although it is impossible to substantiate exactly that claim, as only three were ever made, it is entirely possible that Mr. Miller was correct.
He also sent a couple of photos of the boat from the early days. The text of his letters follow:
